A light manufacturing business became frustrated by what we like to call the “school’s out” phenomenon.
Their internet would slow down significantly around 2:30–3:00 p.m., which just so happened to be the same time they noticed school buses outside. It was clear the company was sharing bandwidth with the nearby residential buildings. Once the customer switched to Rooftop, this issue disappeared thanks to our conservative oversubscription practices.
